primarily residential, it is less than 30 minutes away
to Pensacola or the Ft Walton/Destin area. Even in the
high season of summer there is little congestion on
the roads yet plenty to do.
With over 300 feet
of gulf front and only 45 units, the Emerald Surf is
one of the least congested condominiums on Navarre Beach.
This affords your family plenty of space to enjoy the
pure white sand beach or the ocean side pool.

It is an 1125-square foot 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath located
on the 2nd floor. It is professionally decorated and
nicely appointed and furnished with everything you'll
need for your vacation. There are sliding glass doors
that open from both the living area and master bedroom
onto the balcony. While sitting on the private 25’x
6’ balcony, you will enjoy privacy and breathtaking
views of the ocean, beach and surf.
The master bedroom
has a new king size and the second bedroom has a queen
size bed. The living area has a double size sofa. The
condo will sleep 6. There are ample linens and closet
space for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked.
