Navarre Beach Regency
#411 is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos (over 1500
sq ft) on beautiful Navarre Beach. We have given great attention
to detail throughout the condo and invite you to come share everthing
that our island and our unit has to offer. Navarre Beach is in
the heart of the Panhandle and is about halfway between Pensacola
and Destin. Unit 411 overlooks the largest Gulf front, heated
pool on Narvarre and our resort has 400 feet of beautiful snow-white
sugar sand.

beach service in front of the resort and within walking distance
you will find jet skis, surfboards, bike rentals, etc. The emerald
blue water offers everything you would expect - dolphins playing,
fishing, surfing - or my personal favorite body surfing the waves. The atmosphere on Navarre Beach is stress free - all the beauty of the Panhandle without the crowds to spoil it! Pensacola Beach and Destin are less than 30 minutes away. Unit #411 boasts nine foot ceilings, crown molding and doors opening from both the living space and master bedroom onto the balcony. The view is simply breathtaking! While sitting on our private 30x8 balcony you will enjoy dolphin jumping, fishing activity, sandcastle building - all ocean favorites. The balcony is furnished with a table, 4 swivel chairs, a chaise lounge, and a glider. You will be very comfortable while you enjoy beautiful sunsets. The master has a king bed, private bath with jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a second bath. Outside the second bedroom window is a great view of the Santa Rosa Sound. There is a social director for winter season activities. Lots of socials, cards, and planned activities while getting to know one another. Our condo is not the typical rental unit.
