Those lyrics from one of our favorite Jimmy Buffett songs, reminds me that everyone needs a place "to get away to". A shelter from the ordinary rush of life's demands. Maybe you've found that place and have been going to it for years. For those who haven't or for those who have felt for a long time that their favorite get away has become too crowded, let me introduce you to #705 Navarre Towers on Navarre Beach. Once you cross the Navarre Beach bridge and see the 3 mile stretch of residential beach, you'll understand how it feels so far away, yet close to the action of the Emerald Coast.

Located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre Beach has the beautiful white beaches without the crowds. It is only a three mile stretch of beach that sits between the Gulf Islands National Seashore on the west and Eglin Air Force Base land on the east. It is a classic barrier island beach that is still unspoiled by commercial development. While primarily residential, it is less than 30 minutes away to Pensacola or the Fort Walton, Destin area. Even in the high season of summer there is little congestion on the roads yet plenty to do.

With over 300 feet of gulf front and only 84 units, Navarre Towers is one of the least congested condominiums on Navarre Beach.

The condo is direct ocean front on the 7th floor. The unit is a 1360 square foot, two bedroom, two bath floor plan plus balcony. It has nine foot ceilings. The view from the private balcony is spectacular! You will enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and surf. There are 7 residences per floor.

The condo is a new one for us and our third on Navarre Beach. It has been professionally decorated and furnished. We decorate in a "beachy elegant" style that captures the beach vacation spirit but has a high quality look and feel to it. This is not just another rental.

Everything in the condo is new!! All new carpet in the bedrooms, and new furniture in every room. All new decor in every room. Linens, towels, kitchen supplies, electronics are all new. The bedrooms are upscale, tropical and fun. The living, dining and kitchen areas have a full tiled floor. The walls of the living and dining areas have been done in a textured, Irish mist, faux finish. The living area has 9 foot ceilings, crown moldings and full length, ceiling to floor sliding glass doors that afford spectacular views of the beach and ocean.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa which allows the condo to comfortably sleep six.

We have given great attention to the details, too. There are ample linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels, dishes, coat hangers and closet space for everyone. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and is equipped with everything you will need to stay for a week or a month. In addition to the refridgerator and range, you will have a microwave, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, washer, dryer, sharp knives, towels, and dishwasher at your fingertips.

The facility at Navarre Towers is a highly manicured, gated complex. It boasts of a large Gulf front heated pool, two lighted tennis courts and a grilling station by the pool. The beach in front is plentiful, beautiful and pure white! Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available from spring through fall. Just out the front gate is a jogging/walking path that goes for miles into the National Seashore Conservation area.

We share bookings in this complex with other owners and will coordinate bookings of multiple units. So, bring along family and friends to enjoy this get-a-way together!
