The house is a dreamcycle orange, trimmed in yellow, blue and white. The inside is just as colorful with everyroom a different shade of color. There is the gold living room and white kitchen with eat-in bar. Across the kitchen is the dining area, but everything is open to the living or play area. This open floor plan allows for several people to be in same area with several activities going on at same time.

In the living room area, is the sitting and TV section, behind the couch is a slot machine for hours of fun, at no cost, the machine only takes tokens to be played over and over. The other side of the room is the pool table and the dining area can be for card playing or games. There is a gas log fireplace for cool winter nights that makes for a very cozy experience. There is a panaromic view of the Santa Rosa Sound from the dining room and living room area. All windows on this side.

If you have a boat or Jet Ski or canoe then this is the perfect place. My house includes my own dock space that is located only steps from the house. So launch and park for the week and no need to take the boat in and out of water until you leave for home. The dock is lighted and has running water. My slip is on the very end for easy mooring and non obstucted view. There are benches for just sitting or fishing from your own private pier or toasting the sunset with a glass of wine while watching the dolpins.

The first bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin size beds, the bath room is available to this room. There is a TV mounted on ceiling in room.

The first bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with its own bath. There is also a balcony with chairs for viewing the Santa Rosa Sound in private. There is a TV in this room with VCR. There are four cots available for children. Or you may want to bring blow up mattress.

The master bedroom is very large with twin sinks, Jacuzzi tub, separate tile shower. A large balcony with a with a hammock to view the Santa Rosa Sound or take a nap. The sound can be seen from the bed in this bedroom. There is a TV in this room.

There is space under my house to park bicyles, motorcycles, or whatever toy you would like to bring and be able to keep out of weather.

I have linens and towels available, shampoo, condiments in refridgertor, pots and pans for cooking, ????if you really want to do that??? The kitchen has everything just like home.

All bathrooms are tiled, the downstairs area is hardwood flooring, only the bedrooms have carpet.

There are three very nice resturants on the Island. Golf and go carts, Destin, shopping, Malls, Zoo, Flea Markets, Publix grocery, fishing boats, skate board center, cenima, Krispy Kreme donuts are close by.

The breathtaking view of the Gulf Islands National Seashore is just a few miles away on the way to Pennsecola beach. Just awesome.
